1 General Overview

Okebaji (at okebaji.bet) operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between okebaji and all users ("Members") of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of our members in Bangladesh. 2 Account Registration

• The account must be registered in your own name, linked to your own mobile number, and use your own payment method
• Creating an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's information is strictly prohibited
• If any details provided at registration change, you must notify okebaji immediately.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential

Okebaji may request a national ID or other identity document at any time for account verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

Okebaji is an adults-only platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use it. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Okebaji reserves the right to verify the age of any account holder. If a member is found to have registered while under the age of 18:

• The account will be closed immediately
• All deposited funds will be returned
• Any winnings will be forfeited
• The bonus will be cancelled

4 Deposits & Payments

Okebaji supports deposits via popular mobile banking services and bank transfers available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposit Terms:

• A minimum deposit amount applies and is specified on the platform

• Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted

• All deposits are processed in real time where possible, though some may take between 1 and 6 hours to reflect

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings from okebaji. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit
• The minimum withdrawal amount is set within the platform
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted at one time
• Okebaji may place a hold on withdrawals if fraud is suspected

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds

In the event of any dispute over a match result, the decision of the relevant sports authority shall be considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okebaji platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Using multiple identities to claim bonuses
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Accessing another member's account without permission
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Okebaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms
• Registering with false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to Verify Age
• Account Closure at Member's Request

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

10 Responsible Gaming
